GVR LAW PLLC STRICTLY LIMITS ITS CASELOAD.
This means that when your legal matter is undertaken by GVR Law PLLC, your matter is one of a select few.
You will receive industry-leading personalized attorney attention, responsiveness within clearly stated parameters, and an attorney who consciously blocks off dedicated time to think and strategize for his clients.
This also means that we cannot always accept all matters, even within core practice areas.
Client and matter intake decisions are made promptly, and representation is offered on clear written terms and conditions tailored to each matter. If we undertake representation, you and the attorney will have shared clarity on the objectives, the budget, and the intended timetable.
FEE STRUCTURES
Residential Real Estate: GVR Law PLLC handles ordinary residential real estate purchases and sales on a flat-fee basis, commensurate with local practice. Our fee schedule will accompany our proposed engagement letter for legal services.
Commercial and Business Transactions; Other Matters: A matter assessment at intake will yield a budget framework and identification of predictable variables that may impact legal fees. An engagement letter agreement will spell out how fees are to be determined, calculated and billed. Flat fees, hourly fees, or blended or alternative arrangements may be considered and customized to the subject matter and client objectives.
A retainer deposit is required for most engagements prior to commencement of legal work. Your engagement letter agreement will fully discuss the funding and handling of your retainer.
